The benefits of dried fruits do not end with counting. Especially consuming fruits that you have dried at home is a different pleasure. We told you how to dry the winter fruit orange. You can use orange dried fruit for your snacks, cake decorations, sweetening your teas or even gift decorations. Let’s start by counting the materials you need;
2 oranges (or depending on the amount you want to make more)
Greasy baking paper / Silpat
Knife
Napkin
Bakery
First, set it to 100 degrees in the fan setting of your oven. While the oven is warming, start preparing your orange slices.
Cut the oranges in circles, neither too thin nor too thick. Take the slices of water you have created with the help of a napkin. Lay the slices on your baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 3 hours, although it varies with each oven. But we recommend turning the oranges every half hour. Thus, it will be easier to dry. When ready, remove the oranges from the oven and leave to cool thoroughly at room temperature. Then you can safely store it in a glass jar.
We hope you try this recipe, we recommend using it both as a snack and decorative. Enjoy your meal now 🙂
